A real person will reply within one business day to confirm your claim and pick a replacement piece of similar size and character from our workshop.

We ship your replacement at our cost, anywhere in Australia. International customers pay shipping only — the piece itself is free, for life.

Common questions

The fine print, in plain English

Do I need the original receipt or order number?+
No. We can look up your order from your name and email. If we can't find it, a photo of your piece is usually enough — we recognise our own work.
What if the exact piece I bought is sold out?+
Every Banksia pod is one-of-a-kind, so an identical replacement isn't possible. We hand-pick a piece of similar size, shape and character and send you photos before we ship — so you have the final say.
Does the guarantee transfer if I give the piece as a gift?+
Yes. The Lifetime Guarantee stays with the piece, not the purchaser — so gift recipients are fully covered too. Just have them reach out with the original buyer's name.
How long does "lifetime" really mean?+
As long as you own the piece and Aroma Banksia Australia is operating. We've been doing this since day one and have no plans to stop. No hidden expiry dates.
Do international customers qualify?+
Yes — the guarantee applies worldwide. The only difference is international replacements ship at the customer's shipping cost. The replacement piece itself is always free.
