We'll confirm & send return details

A real person replies within one business day to approve your return and share the return address and any instructions.

Post it back to us

Pack the piece carefully (original packaging is ideal) and return it. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost.

Refund or replacement

Once we receive and inspect the piece, we process your refund (to your original payment method) or dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days.

Common questions

Returns, in plain English

My piece arrived damaged — what now?+
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the packaging. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced free, and we cover both the return and replacement shipping.
When will my refund appear?+
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. It can take a further 2–5 business days for your bank to show the funds — nothing on our end once we've pressed the button.
Do I get original shipping refunded?+
Original shipping is refunded only if the return is due to a fault or an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, etc.). For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping isn't refunded.
What about after 30 days?+
Our Lifetime Guarantee takes over. If your piece breaks, cracks, or stops performing as intended — even years later — we'll replace it free. No receipts required.
What about my consumer rights?+
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, plus compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
