Aroma Banksia Australia is a small Australian-owned business. We design, finish and ship natural Banksia pod décor and aroma products from Australia.
Using our website
You're welcome to browse, save, and shop. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, copy our content or brand materials without written permission, attempt unauthorised access, or upload viruses or harmful code.
Product information
Every Banksia pod is one-of-a-kind and hand-finished. Photos on our site are a representative guide — the exact piece you receive will have its own unique shape, colour tones and grain. Minor natural variation is part of the character, not a fault.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay). If a payment fails or is reversed, your order will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors — we'll contact you first and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you make us an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we email you a confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud) — any payment will be refunded in full.
Shipping & delivery
Shipping timeframes and options are set out in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within Australia only.
Returns & refunds
Our returns and refunds process is set out in our Returns Policy. These terms don't reduce the consumer guarantees you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
Lifetime Guarantee
Our Lifetime Guarantee sits on top of (and never replaces) your consumer rights. It's our promise to replace pieces that break under normal use, for as long as you own them.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photography, descriptions, logos, and the Aroma Banksia Australia name — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding the purchase price.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
