Shipping, in plain English

Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. At the moment we ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and keen, drop us a note via our contact page and we'll let you know when international shipping opens up.
What if I order on a weekend or public holiday?+
No problem β€” your order enters the queue immediately, but our 2–3 business-day processing clock only starts the next working day. We're closed Sat/Sun and public holidays.
How accurate are the delivery times?+
The 3–5 day standard and 2–3 day express windows match Australia Post's published service standards. Regional and remote postcodes can take a little longer. You can check exact timing for your postcode at auspost.com.au.
My tracking hasn't updated β€” should I worry?+
If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll follow it up with Australia Post straight away. Parcels occasionally sit for a day mid-route β€” it almost always catches up.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+
If your order hasn't shipped yet, absolutely β€” just email us asap. Once a parcel is with Australia Post, we unfortunately can't change the address, but you may be able to redirect it via the AusPost app.
What if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?+
You're covered by our Lifetime Guarantee. Email us within 7 days of delivery (with a photo if damaged) and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
